The purpose of this document is to provide the
Fulton County Board of Commissioners, the Human
Services Department Management and the citizens
with a "snapshot" of Fulton County that includes
some specific data regarding their various
Districts, specifically highlighting those
constituents that are served by the Human
Service provider network. The document can
be used to assist the commissioners and
management in their policy-making processes by
providing insight into the makeup of the
citizenry and the County population as a whole.
